| Sumario: | This research project, who se theme is: "The Treaties and International Conventions on Human Rights and its application in the field of the 2008 Constitution", consists of seven chapters, in which aspects and concepts of the subject tender investigation are detailed.
The research project comprises the introduction, a summary of the legal reality of the implementation of international treaties and conventions on Human Rights is made; on the critical, it focuses on the sovereignty of a state for not implementing the treaties and conventions on Human Rights; objectives, general and specific states; resources are detailed.
The theoretical frame work consisting of research background, rationale: Doctrine, Jurisprudence, Legislation and Comparative Law under consideration, referring to different laws becomes, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador is based.
In the methodology, the methods used are determined, the skills involved in the field work, the implementation of surveys citizens Quevedo Canton, Lawyers in free practice and interviews with such results tabulation was made, analysis and data processing.
The conclusions and recommendations are made; and the proposal to develop an amenment to art. 5 of the Organic Code of the Judiciary, which hallow justice operators without restriction, apply treaties and International Human Rights Conventions to which Ecuador is a signatory. |
