On having spoken about cocoa always or in his great majority of times we relate it to chocolate, which is consumed enough especially in the European countries, the above mentioned demand is based especially on the special flavor that obtains the chocolate on having elaborated it handcrafted since there contains more or less 66 % of chocolate and 34 % of sugar which gives him this special and delicious flavor. Such a singularity carries to the production of the handcrafted chocolate or mixture of cocoa that takes place principally in the coastal part of the country, scene that allows to continue with activities of export of the product.... El cacao como producto tradicional del Ecuador, por cultura ha sido uno de los principales bienes de exportaci?n ocupando los primeros puestos a nivel internacional en la misma proporci?n que sus derivados. Al hablar de cacao siempre o en su gran mayor?a de veces lo relacionamos con chocolate, el cual es bastante consumido sobre todo en los pa?ses europeos, dicha demanda se basa sobre todo en el sabor especial que obtiene el chocolate al elaborarlo artesanalmente puesto que contiene m?s o menos un 66% de chocolate y un 34% de az?car lo cual le da ese sabor especial y delicioso.
