The proposed theme is identified under the concept of the “Sun Stone” important sign of Mexico is ancient tribes, giving dynamic and functional environments interacting with the user. Similarly, the project is environmentally friendly bearing in account energy savings due to the ecological system and sustainable materials to support recycling. El proyecto de remodelación del restaurante “La Casa de Eduardo” en Quito, surge de la necesidad de las personas por encontrar un espacio donde se puedan sentir en confort y poder degustar una gastronomía mexicana y que al mismo tiempo el espacio tenga la identidad de esta cultura. La propuesta temática se identifica bajo el concepto de la “Piedra del Sol”, signo importante en las tribus antiguas de México, como lo fueron los Aztecas y los Mayas, dando así ambientes dinámicos y funcionales que interactúan con el usuario.
