The development of this work allowed the study of the current situation on the way in which the teaching-learning process of the students is carried out and the factors that influence it. The researching used a field study to determine the trends of teachers and students regarding educational performance. We used the questionnaire technique and interview that gender relevant information, which was organized through tables and graphs statistically elaborated the same that allowed drawing conclusions and recommendations. The results of the researching show that the main pedagogical factors that affect educational performance are professional training, pedagogical regeneration and psycho-pedagogical research. These factors are not being applied in the teaching process and therefore affect the educational performance of students because there are teachers who continue to use traditional methods of evaluation and learning, this is because teachers are unaware of these teaching methods and do not have continuous preparation and renewal of knowledge. Esta investigaci?n tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores pedag?gicos que inciden en el rendimiento educativo de los estudiantes de quinto a?o de la Unidad Educativa Victoria V?sconez Cuvi mediante un an?lisis bibliogr?fico de las variables de la investigaci?n. El desarrollo de este trabajo permiti? realizar el estudio de la situaci?n actual sobre la forma en la que se lleva el proceso ense?anza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes y conocer los factores que inciden en el mismo. La investigaci?n utiliz? un estudio de campo para determinar las tendencias de los docentes y estudiantes referentes al rendimiento educativo. Se utiliz? la t?cnica del cuestionario y entrevista que g?nero informaci?n relevante, la cual se organiz? a trav?s de tablas y gr?ficos estad?sticamente elaborados los mismos que permitieron establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones. Los resultados de la investigaci?n muestran que los principales factores pedag?gicos que inciden en el rendimiento educativo son la formaci?n profesional, renovaci?n pedag?gica e investigaci?n psicopedag?gica. Estos factores no se est?n aplicando en el proceso de ense?anza y por ende afecta en el rendimiento educativo de los estudiantes debido a que existen docentes que siguen utilizando m?todos tradicionales de evaluaci?n y aprendizaje, esto se debe a que los docentes desconocen de estos m?todos de ense?anza y no tienen una continua preparaci?n y renovaci?n de conocimientos.
