A wind catchment system was implanted through by a vertical wind generator to generate wind energy. Achieving eliminate the present problem in a house located in the neighborhood El Chaupi - Llano Largo, in Mej?a, Pichinchas province. The missing of electric energy gave to start the study and the analysis of the wind potential. Allowing an implementation of alternative energy for a house on that place. The system that has been developed is going to help to the house?s owner. With data collection obtained of the wind potential in a period of one year and six months. It has done the analysis to determinate the wind eficiency, in order to convert in wind energy allowing to vertical wind generator operate.... La energ?a e?lica es una alternativa energ?tica renovable que no contamina el medio ambiente, logrando conforme al paso del tiempo desarrollarse significativamente en el pa?s una producci?n de 45 a 50 MW prueba de esto es la implementaci?n de parques e?licos en diferentes partes del Ecuador. Esta investigaci?n tiene como objetivo, implementar a una vivienda un servicio el?ctrico aprovechando un recurso natural, buscando el ?ptimo aprovechamiento de la fuerza del viento. Se implement? un sistema de captaci?n e?lico a trav?s de un aerogenerador de tipo vertical, para generar energ?a el?ctrica. Logrando eliminar el problema presente en una vivienda ubicado en la parroquia el Chaupi en el barrio Llano Largo, cant?n Mej?a provincia de Pichincha.
