They were diagnosed with miofascial cervical pain. The research was based on an exploratory type by using sorne data such as clinical records. The obtained information allowed the researcher to compile information from each patient and processes it statistically; for doing so, the Scale of Valuation of the Pain (EVA) was employed. It consisted of a 1O cm line to represent patient's pain. Additionally , O'donoghues's Test was included, it diagnoses and determines which patient is suffering because of cervicalgia . Furtherrnore, this was a descriptive investigation since it described the benefits of the liberation miofascial treatment for improving range articulation, the deactivation of the point I cock and decrease of the pain. This research took into account longitudinal type because patients were followed closely based on their results and medica! features under a certain period of time. Finally , after applying the medica! treatment and accomplishing the set up objects, a final pain value was considered in order to testify favorable results. That is to say, pain had been almost reduced totally. Patients experienced a very slight pain which represented 60%; meanwhile 36 % of the patients felt a slight pain level. Finally, 4% of the patients confessed to have felt sorne pain in a middle level. As a conclusion, the employment of the miofascial liberation technique was efficient for minimizing pain, and improving muscle release, and joint range increase.
