Description
Summary:The research entitled "Propioception with vestibular disc for dynamic balance in soccer players. Liga Deportiva Cantonal Chambo, 2018 ", aimed to determine the effect of proprioception worked with the vestibular disc for dynamic balance in soccer players. The focus of this research seeks to potentiate the dynamic balance of the LDCCH players. The design is field since the data was collected in the place where this research was carried out. The type is mixed because it gathers quantitative and qualitative data. The level is descriptive because the characteristics and the state of each player are taken into account. Applicative because it applies proprioceptive exercises for dynamic equilibrium. The technique used was observation by taking information and recording it for later analysis. As an instrument, the clinical history and for the correct evaluation of dynamic equilibrium, three tests were used. The data was processed by descriptive statistics. The population in which the investigation was applied was twenty-five footballers. The results obtained in the investigation showed an increase in the dynamic balance of the players, this research project was carried out in the months between July and September 2018. Through the assessment that was made once the proprioceptive exercises were applied vestibular disc, a beneficial result was obtained in the three tests, data that were compared with other similar similar investigations that agree with the criterion that by potentiating dynamic equilibrium the injury index is decreased.
