The Good Visa, concept, history, complete procedure to request it before the Inspector of Labor and incidence in the work trial is analyzed comprehensively. The reasons for terminating the Labor Contract, according to Articles 169, 172 and 173 of the Labor Code, are analyzed the advantages and disadvantages for the employer and worker. The conclusions and recommendations, obtained after this investigation, with the proposal, which would be a reform of the Labor Code, regarding the processing of the Good Visa Procedure, its duration; And, the creation of the Code of Labor Procedure. The applied methodology was based on the exegetical and hermeneutic methods, which are characteristic of legal research and fit within the parameters of titling at Machala Technical University El tema de Investigación trata el Contrato Individual del Trabajo, según el Código del Trabajo, su concepto, naturaleza jurídica, caracteres, las partes que intervienen en la relación laboral: empleador y trabajador; los elementos que intervienen en el Contrato de Trabajo. Se analiza exhaustivamente al Visto Bueno, concepto, historia, trámite completo para solicitarlo ante el Inspector del Trabajo e incidencia en el juicio de trabajo. Se analiza las causales para dar por terminado el Contrato de Trabajo, según los Art. 169, 172 y 173 del Código del Trabajo, las ventajas y desventajas para el empleador y trabajador. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones, obtenidas después de esta investigación, con la propuesta, que sería una reforma al Código del Trabajo, en cuanto a la tramitación del Procedimiento del Visto Bueno, su duración; y, la creación del Código de Procedimiento Laboral.
