| Summary: | The subject of Research deals with the Individual Labor Contract, according to the Labor Code, its concept, legal nature, characters, the parties involved in the labor relationship: employer and worker; The elements that intervene in the Labor Contract. The Good Visa, concept, history, complete procedure to request it before the Inspector of Labor and incidence in the work trial is analyzed comprehensively. The reasons for terminating the Labor Contract, according to Articles 169, 172 and 173 of the Labor Code, are analyzed the advantages and disadvantages for the employer and worker. The conclusions and recommendations, obtained after this investigation, with the proposal, which would be a reform of the Labor Code, regarding the processing of the Good Visa Procedure, its duration; And, the creation of the Code of Labor Procedure.
