In this case we are talking about the diffusion of sexting in networks without consent of the issuer, with women as the main vulnerable groups according to the statistics. In this sense, the present investigation considers some important aspects as the responsibility that can lead to this type of behavior, as well as the effects and vulnerabilities that they produce in the rights of women. Thus, the present essay establishes parameters of compensation for nonpecuniary damages as well as consequential damages and lost profits, for diffusion of sexting without consent, for which the different indices that propose compensatory quantums are studied as a mechanism of integral reparation to the victims. Con la aparición de la tecnología, se han dado diferentes conductas que han provocado nuevas formas de violencia como la violación a la intimidad. En este caso se trata de la difusión del sexting en redes sin consentimiento del emisor, siendo las mujeres el principal grupo vulnerable, según las estadísticas. En este sentido, en la presente investigación se ven aspectos importantes como la responsabilidad que puede acarrear este tipo de conductas, así como los efectos y vulneraciones que se producen en los derechos de las mujeres.
