| Summary: | The design of video vigilance, will allow at Gobierno Descentralizado Municipal del Canton Bolivar, to have a system that can give greater security of residents and safeguard their property. In the first chapter tells the theoretical framework, we will know the elements video vigilance, structured cabling and communication network. Second chapter made us an analysis of the current situation regarding the building structured cabling and communications equipment; to tell we have an clear idea of the problems network current. By analyzing, we have had the redesign the network infrastructure with their respective diagrams and layout, according to the structured cabling standard TIA/EIA 568 C.1 and hierarchical model for equipment communication, which will allow our to have a suitable platform for applications present and future. Third chapter develops video security solution; we analyze the interesting sites to require security, selection of parameters according the location cameras, transmission medium and storage.
