Sumario: | The overall purpose of this research is to define the strategies used by private clinics Vinces city for which the respective surveys both users and employees and owners were made. A market study which identified the external environment in which the clinics, which are the user requirements and what action can be taken to correct these shortcomings, unfold was also performed.
Through research theoretical framework which allows sufficient theoretical basis to help develop the proposed intervention of this thesis is scientifically substantiated.
After done these two aspects of research a strategic marketing plan for the City Clinics vinces in which the objectives, strategies, activities, action plan and related budget that will allow them to obtain detailed improvements are made.
The correct implementation of the strategic marketing plan by administrators Clinics s may obtain the expected results for this plan. |
