Sumario:Allullas businesses in Latacunga city located at La Estaci?n have been an example of Latacungue?a tradition and reflect part of the Ecuadorian popular culture. Latacungue?a gastronomy graph is part of the visual identity and part of the folk culture. However, all these visual products are limited to view and appreciation of Latacungue?a citizenship and its visitors, while some these graphics tend to depreciate, nevertheless some researchers consider it as a graphic data of culture. For this reason, to publish the graphic of traditional Allullas was carried out the design of a photographic brochure of the visual advertising history of traditional Allullas, through the registration of posters and graphic materials that strengthens the data value that these graphs have for the benefit of the merchants of this product. The brochure publishes characteristics features of the graphs counted by photographs. By means of registration cards, graphic styles that identify the business and the traditional product are contemplated. A qualitative analysis gathered data for the analysis and interpretation of the visual language. In addition, through interviews with owners of the traditional Allullas business, it was possible to consider that these graphs express a history, each cultural value is reflected by the composition of the signs placed on walls and facades, either manually or digitally as a sign of identity because it expresses memorable events and memories that marked stories with the passage of time, but that is still preserved in the new generations. The photographic brochure reflects a collection of photographs to preserve the graphic as a means of communication expresses qualities about inheritances and graphs according to the need of the owner, but it is considered the opening of the facades as an artistic cultural expression that some businesses use to promote their product. The design contemplates a chromatic represented according to the pure and authentic colors of walls and facades of the businesses and therefore to its nearest cultural attraction that is the Railroad station. In addition, this research opened the possibility of considering handmade painting as a technique that complements digital design through visual representation in the physical structures of business, considering an aesthetic order of the visual elements offered by graphic techniques.
