| Sumario: | It is important to conduct a thorough study that allows us to determine the effects that involves the problem of drug addiction in addicts, which affects social interaction, based on the constitutional premise of Good Living or Sumak Kawsay, looking for a better way of social life outside the same conditions and opportunities without distinction of color, sex, language, religion, social status, economic status, birth, or other condition that impairs or restricts individual rights. Good Living is a mandate established in the Constitution of Ecuador and article 340 mentions that no person can be excluded from public policies, plans and government programs using legal doctrine sine qua non to mention that the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador is applicable to all persons living in the national territory, is as good live rights, water and food, healthy environment, right to communication and information, education, habitat and housing, labor, social security and health of its inhabitants. Drug addiction is a public health problem, the State to ensure their recovery, the person dependent on some kind of psychotropic substances that it should consider how ill, a disease which requires a specialized psychological treatment and psychiatric for the injured individual to achieve their full recovery, with the aim of which is reinserted and useful to society. The data collection was done by studying a particular case of which is detailed in its later chapters, the exhibition at bibliographic research. Using the hermeneutical method, contrasting various ensures, criteria and theories of different scholars of the subject to be inquired descriptive, for proper analysis and interpretation of results, conclusions and recommendations implemented. |
