| Sumario: | Through the analysis of Ecuador's migratory and human mobility policies, it will be determined how the applicability of human rights, contemplated in the Ecuadorean Constitution, is guaranteed in practice to the population in vulnerable situations; the specific case of the Colombian population that enters Ecuador as applicants and/or with a refugee status and is located in the San Lorenzo Canton, Province of Esmeraldas, under Executive Decree 1182; it will be a reference of direct information to know how human rights are guaranteed and how the governing bodies of public policies guarantee the applicability of the these rights to the population, in mobility and vulnerable situations, seeking international protection. |
